Pick-up Service Resumed for Basic Account Customers as the COVID-19 Outbreak Eases

Dear customers,
The pandemic is beginning to ease, and the proportion of vaccinated courier/shipping operators continues to increase, thanks to the government’s efforts. To continue serving customers while keeping them and our staff safe, we have resumed pick-up service for Basic Account customers within Taiwan (excluding outlying islands) from March 7, 2022. Collection/delivery is subject to the regulations (if any) of the place of collection/delivery.
