Starting from May 1, 2023, to be able to meet the latest market dynamics and customer demands, S.F. Express HK will introduce a rural area surcharge of HKD10 (payment in NTD will be subject to exchange rate conversion) per shipment. Alternatively, to avoid the rural surcharge arising from collection or delivery from an address in a rural area by courier, you can send or collect your parcel by visiting our business stations, SF Stores, service partners, and EF Lockers.
