S.F. Express Notice for the Change of Service

Thank you so much for being supportive of S.F. Express throughout the years! In response to environmental protection, as well as energy efficiency and conservation while protecting customer privacy, safeguarding information security, as well as elevating your delivery experience, beginning 2019, the company's waybill will be completely upgraded to the electronic waybill system. The relevant adjustments are as follows:
- Taiwan Home-Delivery Service：
Beginning December 1, 2018, the service of printing shipping labels on the handwritten waybill will be suspended;
Beginning December 15, 2018, handwritten waybills will no longer be acceptable.
- International Shipping Service in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau:
Beginning December 15, 2018, the service of printing shipping labels on the handwritten waybill will be suspended.
