Announcement of Postponed Implementation of Peak Resource Adjustment Fee for Taiwan SF Express Shipments to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau

Dear customer,
In appreciation of the widespread support from our valued customers, and to encourage early arrangement of shipments before the Chinese New Year to avoid delays during the festive peak, the originally scheduled implementation date of the Peak Resource Adjustment Fee for shipments to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, starting from January 1, 2022, will be postponed to commence from January 16, 2022. Please take advantage of this adjustment period and schedule your shipments early.
Details of the Peak Additional Adjustment Fee:
(1)For all express shipments weighing below 20KG from Taiwan to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau: TWD 20 per KG, and TWD 10 for each additional 0.5KG.
(2)For shipments from Taiwan to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau with a total weight of 20KG or more, the fee is calculated per 1KG.
(3)Effective Date: Starting from January 16, 2022.
Calculation Example: If the total chargeable weight is 1.5kg (i.e., below 20kg), the fee is calculated as 1.5 * 20, totaling $30. If the total chargeable weight is 21.5kg (i.e., 20kg or more), the fee is calculated as 22 * 20, totaling $440.
