Announcement on the Suspension of Delivery of Paper Statements and Invoices COVID-19 Alert Level 3

Dear Customers,
In response to the rapid changes caused by COVID-19 and to comply with the government’s COVID-19 prevention policies, and improve the prevention measures of the clients and our frontline delivery personnel, Taiwan S.F. Express will adjust the operation regulations and suspend delivery of paper statements and invoices within administrative areas at alert level 3 announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Taiwan Centers for Disease Control on May 20th, 2021. The relevant adjustments are as follows:
- Detailed statements will be sent by email, and papered deliveries will be cancelled.
- Invoices and receipts will be sent using registered mail from post offices, and delivery by the company’s delivery personnel will be suspended.
- The Company will make additional announcements if the aforementioned methods need to be adjusted in response to the COVID-19 Regulations enacted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, please refer to the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Taiwan Centers for Disease Control for the announced Alert Level 3 areas.
