[Emergency Announcement] Announcement of Adjustments to the Taiwan S.F. Express Operating Regulations for Collecting and Delivering Orders due to COVID-19 Alert Level 3

Dear Customers,
In response to the rapid changes caused by COVID-19 and to comply with the government’s COVID-19 prevention policies, and improve the prevention measures of the clients and our frontline delivery personnel, Taiwan S.F. Express will adjust the operation regulations for collecting and delivering orders within administrative areas at alert level 3 announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Taiwan Centers for Disease Control on May 18th, 2021. We ask that you comply with these regulations, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused!
- Only Monthly Clients will have their deliveries sent upstairs to them in Level 3 Alert areas:
(1) In order to avoid opportunities of contact in confined spaces, only monthly clients will have their deliveries sent upstairs, non-monthly clients will have to comply with company regulations and come downstairs to open and ventilated areas. They can also have a security desk or mail room take the delivery for them.
(2) Clients need to prepare their own pens/collection stamps (recommended) to sign/stamp the shipping order on the package.
(3) It is highly recommended that clients use LINE pay to avoid direct contact caused by payments in cash.
(4) The door-to-door pickup service for monthly clients is limited to the address registered by the monthly client account. If the commercial building where the monthly client is located has additional prevention regulations, the method for collecting and delivering orders will comply with those regulations.
- Collection of orders will be suspended for non-monthly clients located in Level 3 Alert areas. Non-monthly clients that have delivery needs can have them shipped from the company’s business locations or branch offices, we’d like kindly ask our clients to comply with the company’s COVID-19 prevention regulations:
