    From February 10th to February 16th, 2021, it will be the long vacation for Taiwan S.F. Express Co., Ltd. For your convenience in shipment, the service hours from February 10th to February 16th will be adjusted as follows:

    Note 2 :Due to cooperation with convenience store operational arrangements. Convenience store delivery service time adjustment:
    From 2021/02/05 to 2021/02/16 Delivery in remote areas will be suspended.
    From 2021/02/10 to 2021/02/16 Delivery in Taiwan island will be suspended.

    Note:

    1. Spring Festival Holiday from February 10th to February 16th.

    All shipments will be sent to the above Service Point. Self drop-off and Self-pickup service must be make an appointment by calling 412-8830(dial 02 ahead with mobile phone).

    2. Self drop-off shipments from February 10th to February 16th. Delivery will be shipped on February 16th, and the export will be shipped on February 17th.

    3.Food is not acceptable for carriage during the Chinese New Year.
    4.Self-pick up and Self drop-off services are available in the service points mentioned above only (other service points and transit depots are not included).

     

    Taiwan S.F. Express holiday shipments arrangementsis as follows:

    ‧February 11th (Tuesday) to February 15th (Monday) Self-pickup and Self drop-off service delivery by appointment only.
    ‧February 16th (Thursday) call the Customer Service Hotline on 412-8830(dial 02 ahead with mobile phone) to make an appointment for pick-up/delivery.

    ‧February 17th (Wednesday) resume normal operations.

    ※During the week before and after the Chinese New Year holiday, due to the impact of flight scheduling, customs clearance schedule, manpower arrangements, etc., the timeliness of pickup and delviery cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
