Taiwan SF Express announces a temporary rate of resource surcharge on international express services during periods of peak demand.

Dear Customers,
Ever since the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, air freighter shortages has caused soaring costs for international shipping services. To make our customers continuously feel assured about our high-quality services, Taiwan SF Express is announcing that starting from May 6, 2020, a Peak-Resource Surcharge will be imposed on international express services when sending shipments from Taiwan (excluding destinations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). The details are as follows:

Note 1: The end date will be announced on our official website.
Note 2: The rates of the cash on delivery service are the local currency of the destination and subject to the currency exchange rate released on our official website in the month of delivery.
Note 3: The rate of single-piece shipments weighing below 20 kg will be charged as 0.5 kg. The rate of shipments weighing above 20 kg will be charged as 1 kg.
