Temporary Implementation of Peak Resource Adjustment Fee for Taiwan SF International Shipments Announcement

Dear Customers,
In response to the changing overall environmental situation and to ensure the continuous provision of high-quality service, Taiwan SF Express will implement a Peak Resource Adjustment Fee for international shipments from Taiwan (excluding shipments to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) starting from May 6, 2020. The relevant details are as follows:

Note 1: The cutoff date will be based on our official announcement.
Note 2: For receiver pays, settlement will be based on the payor charging standard and converted to the local currency according to our official website's monthly exchange rate.
Note 3: For single shipments below 20 kilograms, the fee is calculated per 0.5 kilograms, and for single shipments of 20 kilograms or more, the fee is calculated per 1 kilogram.
