How to participate: During the Promotion, Basic Account customers (new members) who register for and log in to the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app to place any order on any designated date will receive a surprise gift package of S.F. Express (Taiwan) (each 10% off, 3 coupons in total) and S.F. membership points and LINE POINTS for using S.F. coupons to place orders.

[Additional Gifts] – During the Event, Basic Account customers who log in to the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app to place orders and use S.F. coupons to offset shipping costs may earn additional S.F. Express App membership points and LINE POINTS

After the Event, 20 of those who use S.F. coupons to place any order during the Event period will be randomly selected according to the waybill number and awarded 50,000 membership points + 100 LINE POINTS as an additional gift. One waybill will represent one lucky draw opportunity. It is expected that such 20 winners will be drawn by June 20, 2024 and announced on the event page ofwww.sf-express.com.tw

 

How to claim: Membership points will be issued to the member’s mobile phone number when using the S.F. Express coupon on the particular waybill; LINE POINTS will be sent by email according to the email address filled in by the member (please ensure to fill in the member information accurately, please refer to Article 13 of the Event Terms and Conditions for details).

 

Terms and Conditions:

1.Eligibility: Only available for Basic Account customers (both new and current members) using the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app.

2.Coverage for pick-up of shipments is limited to Taiwan’s main island and does not include Taiwan’s offshore islands. The service coverage announced on the official website is taken as the finalized standard.

3.The S.F. Coupons awarded cannot be transferred to any others or exchanged for cash or other items of equal value.

4.The S.F. Coupons awarded must be used within the time limit. Overdue coupons will be invalid and will not be reissued.

5.Phase 1 – S.F. Coupons will be sent to the member account of the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app within 3-5 working days after registering as a member (basic member information shall be completed).

6.Phase 2 – Customers who log in to the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app and place any order on the designated dates will receive S.F. coupons, each account customer may receive such gift once.

8.If the SF coupon discount method is to collect and send items, the payer must present the S.F. coupon QR-Code generated by the S.F. Express (Taiwan) app on the member’s mobile phone and scanned by the Company’s delivery personnel to activate the discount; Basic Account customers cannot use S.F. coupons to redeem discounts.

9.Notes of LINE POINT CODE:

(2)For LINE POINT CODE URL-type serial number, please click the URL with parameters to complete the top-up.

(3)Must be a Taiwan LINE app user:

-  If you have not used the LINE App, please download and install it and then proceed with the relevant procedures.

-  Must use LINE to log in; please set your email address and password at LINE.

-  Only mobile phone numbers and LINE accounts of Taiwanese LINE users are eligible.

(4)POINT CODE validity period and status of unavailability:

-  POINT CODE that has already been used cannot be used again.

-  POINT CODE has an expiration date and cannot be used once the expiry date has passed. The points redemption period is 729 days after the expiry date, and the points usage period is 180 days after the last point is earned. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss of validity due to expiry.

(5)POINT CODE cannot be reissued: If the POINT CODE is lost or has been stolen or tampered with, we cannot assist in reissuing the POINT CODE.

10.S. F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. (The Organizer) will assist with relevant arrangements for the handling of prize-related work. According to Taiwan’s tax law, if the prize amount exceeds NTD 1,000, the income of the prize will be included in the individual’s annual comprehensive income tax return. Therefore, the winner shall provide a photocopy of his/her identification card, and fill out and submit the relevant receipts in accordance with the regulations for receiving the prize. If the winner is a company account, please attach a photocopy of the company’s Amendment Corporate Registration Card and a photocopy of the responsible person’s identification card, and affix the company seal and invoice stamp on the winning receipt collecting the prize. If the winner is a minor and has no identification card, please attach a photocopy of the household certificate and a photocopy of the identification card of any guardian. If the total income of the prize exceeds NTD 20,000, the winner shall pay 10% as prize tax, which shall be withheld and paid by the organizer in accordance with the law. If the winner is an individual who does not reside in the territory of Taiwan or is a profit-making enterprise without a fixed place of business in the territory of the Taiwan, 20% of the tax collected for winning a prize shall be borne by the winner. The preceding tax law stipulates that if the winner is unwilling to cooperate, their rights are deemed to have been waived, and they will not be eligible for receiving the prize.

11.The person who declares and signs the income for winning a prize of this event must be the same as the winner, and no assignment of prize or change of prize recipient is allowed.

12.On the day of the lucky draw, the lucky winner will be drawn out under the witness of the legal personnel of the organizer.

13.Please ensure the accuracy of your personal information. If the personal information is incorrect and this incorrect information will result in failure to contact you or deliver the prize to you, you will be deemed to waive your right to win the prize.

14.The organizer reserves the right to review the qualifications of the participants of this event. If a malicious computer program or other method that clearly violates the fairness of the event is used, or if it is verified that there are participants who do not meet the requirements of this event, once it is found by this Company or reported by a third party, such participants or winners of prize will be disqualified from the event by the organizer immediately. In addition, the prize (or its equivalent amount) shall be recovered. Participants may not object.

15.If participants’ information registered for this event is lost, incorrect or damaged due to computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons that are not attributable to the organizer and which result in invalidity of information, the organizer and its event working group will not bear any legal responsibility, and participants and winners may not object.

16.Participants participating in the event are deemed to recognize the effectiveness of these provisions. If there are any unspecified matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, and change the details of the event without separate notice. If the prize content is changed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace it with other equivalent prizes, and winners will unconditionally agree to accept the substitutions.

17.The matters that are not specified in the prize description will mainly be based on the description of the winning notice. The winners may not request to change the prize or exchange for cash, allow discounts or make any adjustments.

18.Participants in this promotion agree to accept the rules and precautions of the promotion. If there are any violations, the organizer may disqualify participants from participating in the promotion, and may request compensation for damages caused by the participants.

19.If this promotion cannot be executed due to special circumstances such as force majeure, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. has the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion without incurring any responsibility for compensation.

20.This Company will use the personal information provided by you, including your name, telephone and e-mail, etc. only for the purposes of creating files for historical data of customer services, statistical investigation and analysis of data, express delivery business, marketing promotion, event notification and related cooperative business services. During the necessary period for the above purposes, your personal information collected or processed in paper, electronic files or other appropriate methods in accordance with current science and technology are limited to the scope of services provided by S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. You may exercise your rights to (1) inquire or request for review (2) make duplications (3) request to supplement or correct (4) request to cease collection, processing and use, or delete personal information. If your rights are impaired due to your exercise of said rights, the Company shall not be liable for compensation.

21.Employees of S.F. Express (Taiwan) are not permitted to take part in this promotion.

22.If this promotion cannot be executed due to special circumstances such as force majeure, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. has the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion without incurring any responsibility for compensation.

23.In case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of the contents of the promotion incentives, terms or conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

24.S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. has the right to modify the contents, period, related terms and conditions as well as details of this promotion. In the event of any disputes, S.F. Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
