  5. Participants in this promotion agree to accept the rules and precautions of the promotion. If there are any violations of the rules, the organizer may disqualify participants from the promotion, and may request compensation for damages caused by the participant.

  8. Participants in the event are deemed to recognize the effectiveness of these provisions. If there are any unspecified matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, and change the details of the event without separate notice. If the prize content is changed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer (lost, damaged, etc. in the mailing process), Taiwan S.F. Express Company reserves the right to replace it with other equivalent prizes, and winners will unconditionally agree to accept the substitutions.

  12. In case of any disputes regarding the contents of this promotion, terms, and/or conditions between the Chinese versions and English version, the finalized standard will be based on the Chinese language version.

Notes on LINE Pay:

1.Eligibility for the promotion:

(1)LINE Pay must be able to be downloaded onto your smart phone (https://help2.line.me/linepay_tw/sp?contentId=50010712). If you are unable to participate in this promotion due to insufficient security on your smart phone as determined by the system, you will not be compensated.

(2)This promotion is only for LINE account users in Taiwan (LINE account linked with a Taiwan mobile number) who have registered LINE Pay and are linked with a credit card, debit card, or iPASS MONEY account. On LINE APP - click “Wallet” > “LINE Pay” - if it takes you directly to the homepage page of LINE Pay, this means that you are already registered with LINE Pay; if it takes you to the “Start” page, you have not yet registered with LINE Pay. You will not be eligible to participate in the promotion if you have not registered with LINE Pay before checkout.

2.“Before” checkout, you must go to the homepage of LINE Pay - click “Settings” (top right of the page) > “Service Terms” > “Marketing Information Provision Policy”. You must check the “Agree” box. If the “Agree” box is not checked, you will not be able to receive the reward from this promotion. This includes, LINE POINTS, LINE Pay voucher, lucky draws, iPASS MONEY account bonus and other LINE Pay marketing promotions.

3.Export shipping, customs or warehousing fees must be paid [pay using LINE Pay barcode] with a collection by courier booked within the duration of this promotion (https://help2.line.me/linepay_tw/sp?contentId=50010758). Eligibility is determined by the time of “Payment Date” in “Line Pay” > “Transaction History” > “Payment Details”. If collection by courier or the transaction has not yet been approved by the bank / iPASS, the transaction time sequence that meets the eligibility will prevail. If all rewards have been given, the promotion will end early. To participate in this promotion, please make sure that you have the correct invoice (duplicate/triplicate uniform invoice) and make an appointment as early as possible. If a payment is not made before the promotion ends or quota has been reached due to time differences, mobile phone issues, LINE Pay account or iPASS MONEY account being deactivated/abnormal/unable to log in and extra time is required for reactivation or unlocking the account, S.F. Express System maintenance/abnormal, exchange of invoices, appointment canceled by S.F. Taiwan and other factors not attributable to LINE Pay or iPASS, or in the event that S.F. Express canceling the transaction results in points recall, you will not be compensated.

4.Any contents/text errors/price adjustments announced on the Taiwan S.F. Express official website or other official channels are not related to LINE Pay. In the event of a dispute, the rules set forth by Taiwan S.F. Express will prevail. Please contact Taiwan S.F. Express for more details.

5.It is subject to the discretion of the consumer whether they wish to participate in other promotions of Taiwan S.F. Express to get more benefits. However, LINE Pay will not be held accountable for any network congestion or sudden changes to the rules of the promotion. Any loss of eligibility to participate in the promotion will not be compensated.

6.Payment in installments is not permissible.

7.Please be mindful before you make a purchase. After canceling a payment transaction via LINE Pay, your credit limit will not be released back straight away onto your credit card and you will not receive your refund immediately on your debit card. If this results in failure to use the funds on another use, or for the payment to be repaid or to participate in another promotion within the promotion period/before the quota is reached, no compensation can be made.

8.Notes on iPASS MONEY account:

(1)You must have a smartphone with Android 8.0 or higher and iOS 15.0 or higher. You must update LINE app and your smartphone's built-in browser to the latest version. (2)LINE Points or LINE Pay vouchers cannot be redeemed when making a payment with an iPASS MONEY account.

(3)Pay with iPASS Money “My Barcode” - maximum of NT$50,000 per transaction, NT$100,000 per day, and NT$200,000 per month. For minors under 18 years old - maximum of NT$30,000 per transaction, NT$30,000 per day, and NT$30,000 per month.

(4)Using iPASS MONEY account to transfer + make a payment (shopping, paying for bills and transportation), the monthly limit is NT$300,000. For minors under 18 years old, the monthly limit is NT$30,000.

(5)The iPASS MONEY account service is provided by iPASS Corporation. Please spend wisely.

9.Notes on LINE POINTS

(1)LINE POINTS rewards are calculated by rounding up the actual amount paid in NTD to the nearest whole dollar on the linked credit card/debit card or iPASS MONEY account. The amount paid using LINE POINTS or LINE Pay vouchers will not be counted.

(2)LINE POINTS rewards will be credited to the LINE account used for making the payment. To view the record on LINE APP, please click “Wallet” > “LINE POINTS” > “History”. Participating in this promotion with another LINE Pay account will result in points being awarded to the other account. These points will not be replaced and the matter will not be processed further.

(3)LINE POINTS are valid for 180 days from the date they are earned. You will not be notified of the expiration date.. Once the expiry date is reached, the points will be immediately become invalid and cannot be recovered. For the expiration date of LINE POINTS, please click “Wallet” > “LINE POINTS” > “History”.

(4)LINE POINTS moved to other cell phones is based on the LINE account to which they belong, and not the linked credit card/debit card or iPASS MONEY account. (5)LINE POINTS cannot be transferred, converted to cash or exchanged for other rewards before being used or redeemed as they are not the user's asset.

(6)Cancellation of a transaction under any circumstances will result in LINE POINTS being canceled.

(7)Please ensure that your LINE Pay is in normal use. Termination of LINE Pay, change the country setting of LINE Pay or suspension of LINE Pay after participating in a promotion will result in the loss of eligibility to rewards. If you later re-register LINE Pay, change back to the original LINE Pay country or reactivate LINE Pay, LINE Pay reserves the right to determine whether your LINE POINTS will be re-issued.

(8)LINE POINTS and LINE Pay will collect and access the user's LINE POINTS activity log and mobile equipment identifier.

(9)You must agree to the above prior to participating in this promotion.

11.In order to protect the rights and interests of users, if you are unable to make a transaction, please call the customer service of LINE Pay/iPASS within 24 hours. Please provide: 1. time and date of purchase 2. details of the situation to facilitate confirmation. If you do not contact and provide the necessary information within 24 hours, you will be deemed to have no objection to the manner in which Taiwan S.F. Express handles the situation or in the event of an abnormality at the time.

12.Participation in this promotion means that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to adhere to the Terms of Service of LINE Pay and iPASS MONEY and all contents and notes to the promotion. If you violate the Terms of Service or improperly attempt to gain benefits for yourself or others (e.g., registering multiple LINE Pay accounts, splitting transactions, making fraudulent transactions with store owners and their spouses/relatives/employees in their own stores, or persuading other store owners/users to go along with fraudulent transactions, selling non-compliant products), LINE Pay reserves the right to disqualify your eligibility and retrieve the points given. In addition to permanently suspending the LINE Pay payment function, legal liability will be pursued and compensation sought for any breach of the principles of fairness of the promotion.
