Change of international express delivery address and forwarding services

  • Introduction of the Service

    When your shipment arrives at the destination country, where special circumstances arise, you can change the delivery address or have your shipment forwarded to another country.

  • Service Coverage

    1.After your shipment arrives at the destination country, the change of delivery address service will be supported in said country.

    2.All destination countries support the service to forward your shipments to another country or region, except for the following:

    (1)International Standard Express - 50 countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, 28 countries in Europe, 10 countries in South America and 8 countries in Africa.

    (2)International Economy Express - the United Kingdom

  • Service charges

    1.SF Standard Express (International)/SF Economy Express (International) - Fee for change of address at destination: NTD 350 per shipment.

    2.Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau – Fee for change of address at destination: Subject to the local rate announced.

    3.Forwarding a shipment to another country or returning a shipment to the country of origin is subject to the price quoted by our customer service.

    4.How to pay: Same payment method as the shipping delivery payment method.

  • Notes

    1.If you need to change the address or forward your shipment after it arrives at the destination country, please call our customer service at 412-8830 (add “02” if you are calling from a mobile phone) for more information.

    2.Please note that it is possible that the dispatching country is not able to forward your shipment to your designated country. The actual service is subject to the quotation by our customer service team.

    3.To forward your shipment to another country, it must meet the regulations of the dispatching country for export.

    4.When changing the dispatching address or forwarding your shipment to another country, costs or other expenses may arise in the dispatching country. The actual charges are subject to the quotation by our customer service team.

    5.If your shipment cannot be delivered or forwarded to another country, we will return the shipment to the country of origin in accordance with the customs regulations of the exporting country.Shipments that cannot be returned due to customs regulations will be disposed of by S.F. Express.

    6.Our customer service can only provide an estimated price for the service charge of the return of a shipment from the exporting country. The actual charge is subject to the final bill incurred. Other import-related fees that may be incurred due to the return of the shipment from the exporting country will be charged separately according to the actual amount incurred.
